About
I am a Ph.D. student in Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin, working under the guidance of Prof. Franco Pestilli. My research focuses on applying deep learning and machine learning techniques to neuroimaging data, with particular interests in structural connectivity analysis, fMRI transformer models, and psychiatric disorder diagnosis.
Previously, I completed my Master's degree at Seoul National University, where I developed SwiFT (Swin 4D fMRI Transformer) and worked on various projects involving generative models for neuroimaging and psychiatric disorder diagnosis. My work spans multiple neuroimaging modalities including functional MRI, structural MRI, and diffusion MRI.
